Caroline Kane
Caroline W. Kane serves as the President and CEO of CKR Property Management.

Caroline has been involved in multi-family real estate since 1991. She attended the University of Houston at Central Park with a double major: English / Teacher Education. In 1997, Caroline was awarded the National Designation of ARMĀ®, (Accredited Residential Manager), from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Caroline was also recognized in the National Directory of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, 1998-1999 ed. In 2001, Caroline earned her Salesperson's License from the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Caroline has been featured on AM Radio 1110 BUSINESS TALK commenting on her experience and sharing her knowledge with listeners. She also regularly speaks at the local Lifestyles Unlimited offices to educate real estate investors who are interested in multi-family acquisitions.

Caroline has worked with owners across the Nation to maximize cash flow and rate of return on dozens of multi-family assets throughout the State of Texas. Caroline has served on the Apartment Community Executives and Supervisors Committee with the Houston Apartment Association. She also volunteers her time to recruit membership to the Apartment Association to promote strength and growth throughout the industry. Caroline currently serves on the local Apartment Association's PAC as a Steering Committee Member, and has acted as lobbyist at the State Capitol to drive legislation geared to minimize the growing burdens on apartment owners. She maintains close relationships with key industry vendors and executives and is a Houston Police Department PANDA Program volunteer.

Kevin McCarthy
Kevin McCarthy serves as CKR's Vice President of Sales. Kevin is a licensed broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission and has more than 20 years experience in both both brokerage and operations. He has strong ties to the Houston Multi-Family Real Estate Market and a vast network to facilitate the reading of Multi Family Assets.
